Summit Civil Services (Summit) was awarded the sitework package for the Toyota VDC & Railyard project constructed in conjunction with the new Toyota manufacturing plant in Blue Springs, MS. Summit had the privilege of working with Lee’s Precast as the supplier of all drainage structures, including wet wells, valve boxes, oil water separators, catch basins, and custom drainage structures. Lee’s Precast performed beyond our expectations in keeping pace with a very aggressive project schedule that included a number of design-build challenges, often delivering materials and structures the same day they were ordered. Lee’s Precast, in particular Allen Lee, put in many long days, nights, and weekends to maintain schedule. Summit will work again with Lee’s at the next opportunity and would recommend them to any other contractor.
